Ben Bolingbroke is a USPTO-registered Patent Agent and the founder of Elevate Patent Group, where he helps inventors, startups, and growing companies protect and profit from their ideas through strategic patent positioning and intellectual property strategy.
Ben’s background bridges engineering, research, and entrepreneurship. He spent three years in a biomedical research lab, where he published a distinguished journal article on T-cell suppression during sepsis. His technical foundation gives him a deep understanding of complex inventions and the ability to translate innovation into strong, defensible patents.
Beyond his technical expertise, Ben brings extensive business experience—from door-to- door sales to investing in startups and real estate. These ventures have given him a practical understanding of market dynamics, negotiation, and value creation—skills that directly influence how he approaches IP strategy for his clients.
